Charles Francis Wilker, 65 Charles Francis Wilker, former Seminole resident passed away, Monday, June 16, 2014 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 65. Charles was born July 7, 1949, in Seminole, Oklahoma to parents Robert Alvin and Sally Mae (Lively) Wilker. He graduated from Ada High School in 1967 and received a Bachelors’ Degree from East Central University of Ada, Oklahoma. He also served in the United States Navy. Charles was an oil field pumper and worked for the city of Enid in Waste Water Management. Charles was known as a man’s man who loved to ride motor cycles, drive nice cars and raise Irish Setters, Doberman Pinschers, and Rottweilers. He was a family man who took great care of his mother and other family members. Charles is survived by nieces; Robin Martinez of Krum, Texas, Karen Jones of Seminole, Oklahoma, nephews; Rob Hawkins of Garland, Texas, Gerald Hubbard of Chicago and several cousins and other relatives. Charles was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Sally Wilker, and two sisters; Bobbi Hubbard and Patsy Hawkins. Memorial services will be held 2:00 p.m. Monday, June 23, 2014 at Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel. Military honors presented by the United States Navy.
