Cecelia Lillian (Watson) Burroughs

Cecelia Lillian Burroughs, Prague, OK resident, passed away on September 25, 2023, in Shawnee, OK at the age of 76.  Cecelia was born on November 13, 1946, in Swansboro, NC to Zennie Hubert Watson and Dorothy Louise (Littleton) Watson.  She married C. David Burroughs in 1976 in Oklahoma City.

Cecelia is survived by four daughters, Shawn Michelle Burroughs, Sandra Ouellette, Lori Peranteaux and husband, Brian and Stephanie Preheim and husband, Chet; six grandchildren, Robyn, Robert, Brittany, Rachel, Autumn and Austin; seven great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; two brothers, Hubert and Roger Watson and many other family and friends.

Cecelia was preceded in death by her husband David, her parents, brother Johnny Watson and son-in-law, GySgt. Brian Ouellette.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, Oklahoma.
