Carolyn Ann (Brown) Harrison

Carolyn Ann (Brown) Harrison, 71 year old lifelong Maud, Oklahoma resident, passed from this life Friday, August 21, 2020 at Ada Mercy Hospital.  She was born August 28, 1948 in Seminole, Oklahoma to parents Beulah Mae (Kiker) Brown and Earnest Brown.

Following high school, Carolyn earned a degree from Seminole State College.

On July 22, 1969 Carolyn married George William “Bill” Harrison in Krebs, Oklahoma.

Carolyn was a homemaker and enjoyed reading, playing games on her phone and playing with her dog “Scooby-Doo”.

Survivors include her mother, Beulah Brown of Maud, Oklahoma; 1 son Keith Harrison and his wife Nikenna of Maud, Oklahoma; 1 daughter Nancy Ann Sanjines and her husband Jesus of Maud, Oklahoma; 2 adopted daughters Ann Smith and her wife Beverly of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Maria Martinez and her husband Modesto of Ada, Oklahoma; special in-laws, Jessie Harrison and his wife Cathy, Juanita Watts and her husband Thomas, Shirley Harrison, Wanda Gray and her husband Cody; grandchildren, Joseph Harrison Sanjines, Matthew Harrison Sanjines, Le-Anna, Aviel, Vronia Lopez, Johnathan, Aundrea, and Christian Martinez; Carolyn is also survived by a host of other family and friends.

Carolyn was preceded in death by her father, Ernest Brown, by her husband Bill Harrison, by 2 daughters, 1 granddaughter and her mother-in-law and father-in-law.

Graveside Services are scheduled for 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, August 26, 2020 at Wolf Cemetery with her son Keith Harrison and Bro. Butch Bradley officiating the service.

Services are under the direction of Knight-Swearingen Funeral Home in Maud, Oklahoma.
