Carla Sue (Shaw) Dixon, age 59 and a former resident of Konawa, Oklahoma, passed away at her home in Paden, Oklahoma on Monday, June 22, 2015. Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m. Friday, June 26th at the Pentecostal Holiness Church located at 126 N. Konawa Street in Konawa. Burial will follow at Vamoosa Cemetery. Rev. Mona Fulks will officiate. Pallbearers are Rube Blevins, Frank Kelley, James Shaw, Cody Key, Billy Dixon, and Matt Hepler. Honorary pallbearers are Dylan Dixon, Nathan Dixon, Colton Dixon, Afton Adams, and C.J. Adams. Carla was born October 6, 1955 in Ada, Oklahoma to Sanford Arch Shaw and Alma Ola Lavica (Addington) Shaw. She worked as a Certified Medical Assistant and was a member of the Pentecostal Holiness Church. She leaves behind to cherish her memories, one son, Billy Dixon of Konawa; three daughters, Shanna Dixon of Wewoka, Oklahoma, Sarah Adams of Paden, Oklahoma, and Sharla Hepler of Claremore, Oklahoma; one sister, Darla Kelley of Konawa; and twenty grandchildren, Whitney Dixon, Tristan Dixon, Dylan Dixon, Chelsey Dixon, Kelsey Dixon, Afton Adams, Shayla Adams, C.J. Adams, Nathan Dixon, Colton Dixon, Sarah Dean, Serenity Dean, Haley Blevins, Brittany Blevins, Allison Blevins, Brandon Blevins, Tate Hepler, Zane Hepler, Sveta Hepler, and Zeke Hepler; eight great grandchildren, Aubree Long, Chevy Don Corona, Hunter Key, Hayden Key, Ryleigh Key, Liam Waylon, Miah Blevins and Aleiah Dixon. She was preceded in death by her parents, Sanford and Alma Shaw; two sisters, Debra Downey and Debbie Wheeler; one granddaughter, Jaidyn Dixon, and one nephew, Galand Kelley.
