Carl Forrest Wyatt, age 75 and a resident of Konawa, Oklahoma, passed away from this life Saturday, August 11, 2018 at Oklahoma Heart Hospital South Campus in Oklahoma City. A memorial service is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Saturday, August 18, 2018 at Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel in Seminole, Oklahoma. Richard Winters will officiate and honorary bearers are Monte Yerby, Mike Boren, Burnis Fisher, Donnie Kiker, Kenneth Kiker, Roger McClure, and Jack Russell. Carl was born March 5, 1943 in Prague, Oklahoma to Forrest Wyatt and Eva Bell “Toots” (Dawkins) Wyatt. He graduated from Centerview High School and married the love of his life, Helen “Florita” Smith September 7, 1961 in Prague. He retired from AT&T as the Central Office Equipment Installer. He was a member of the Konawa Church of Christ, and he really loved to go hunting and fishing. Carl was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather as well as everyone’s friend, and he will be missed by his family, friends, and loved ones. He is survived by two sons, Timothy “Tim” Wyatt and wife, Elaine of Jenks, Oklahoma, and Paul “Kevin” Wyatt and wife, Teresa of Konawa; one daughter, Shelley Cagle and husband, Colby of Stillwater, Oklahoma; one brother, Robert “Bob” Wyatt and wife, Kris of Bristow, Oklahoma; two sisters, Doris Sue Perry of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, and Rita Harrison of Davenport, Oklahoma; twelve grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Florita Wyatt on May 5, 2018; his parents, Forrest and Eva Bell “Toots” Wyatt; and one sister, Daisy Ulrich.
