Carl R. Stephens

Carl R. Stephens, age 68 and longtime Maud, Oklahoma resident, passed away March 4, 2020 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He was born November 16, 1951 in Banning, California to parents Oswald E. Stephens and Betty Jo (Wade) Stephens. He served in the United States Marine Corp during the Vietnam War, attaining the rank of PFC. He was a police officer in Maud, Oklahoma and Seminole County until his retirement. Carl enjoyed hunting and fishing. Carl is survived by his wife Virginia Stephens, daughter; Sheila May and step-daughter; Michelle Miller. No funeral is planned for Carl.
