She was born on November 4, 1951 in Talihina, Oklahoma to Richard Harjo and Elizabeth (Deer) Harjo. rnrnShe attended Strother School and was a member of the Marantha Baptist Church of Western Oaks in Bethany. Bonnie also attended Snake Creek Indian Baptist Church in Little, Oklahoma before moving to Oklahoma City. rnrnShe moved to Oklahoma City in 1964 and married her former husband Saulton McClure of Oklahoma City. Bonnie was a homemaker. rnrnHer mother; three nephews: Christian Lusty, Joseph Harjo, and Kutcha Harjo; and one niece, Kimberly Clark, preceded her in death. rnrnSurviving is her father, Richard Harjo of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; three sons and daughter-in-law, Adrian and Melissa McClure, Jessie McClure, and Israel McClure, all of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; one daughter, Eleanor Garcia of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; five brothers: Charles Deer of Sherman, Texas, Bill Tiger of Norman, Oklahoma, Sandy Harjo of Seminole, Oklahoma, Richard Harjo Jr. of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Bobby Harjo of Shiprock, N.M.; five sisters: Elizabeth Berkley of Shawnee, Oklahoma, Linda Gonzales, Birdie Martinez, Grace Trevizo, and Brenda Harjo all of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; two grandchildren, Reese Garcia and Juan Garcia and a host of nieces, nephews and other family and friends. rnrnCasket Bearers will be: David Harjo, Jimmy Harjo, Jeremy Harjo and Anthony Hawkins. rnrnMessages of condolences may be sent to the family online at www.swearingenfuneralhome.comrn Funeral Information: January 4, 2007, 2:00 AM
