Bonnie Joleen (Akins) Grant

Bonnie Joleen Grant passed away peacefully at her home in Seminole, Oklahoma on September 29, 2022. She was born on March 23, 1945, in Lancaster, Nebraska to Ora and Imo Akins. Bonnie married Charles Grant on June 3, 1991, in Seminole, Oklahoma.

Bonnie is survived by her husband Charles Grant of Seminole, 3 sons Gary and Beth Davidson of Kingston, Randall Davidson of Midwest City, Kevin and Rhonda Davidson of Seminole, 1 daughter Devra and Ryan Liebschwager, 2 stepsons Michael and Pam Grant of Seminole, Larry and Tracy Grant of Seminole and 2 stepdaughters Teresa Hood of Seminole and Tracie Bane of Seminole, numerous grandkids and great grand kids, aunts, uncles and cousins, too many to mention.

Bonnie and Charles ran Bonnie’s Fireworks and Bonnie’s Tax Service for many years.  Bonnie loved fishing and quilting.

Viewing will be from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m., Sunday, October 2 and Monday, October 3 from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Swearingen Funeral Home.

The funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, October 4, 2022, at the Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel in Seminole, Oklahoma.

Arrangements are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole.
