Bonnie Lee (Stephens) Bullington

Bonnie Lee (Stephens) Bullington, age 88 and a long-time resident of Konawa, Oklahoma, passed away at Pauls Valley General Hospital on Saturday, August 11, 2012.   Graveside service are scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 14, 2012 at Vista Cemetery under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home of Konawa. Visitation will begin Monday morning, August 13th from 8:30 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.   Bonnie was born on June 16, 1924 in Konawa to Arch Stephens and Lillie (Bickerstaff) Stephens.  She graduated from high school and later married William Bullington on June 6, 1945.  Bonnie was a bookkeeper for a commercial laundry service and a member of the First Baptist Church of Konawa.   She is survived by her husband, William Bullington of the home; one sister, Louise Wegman of Konawa, and one sister-in-law, Gladys Myers of Oklahoma City; one nephew, Gary and Marilyn Wegman of Konawa; four cousins, Thomas Damron of Midwest City, Oklahoma, Deanie Damron of Midwest City, Richard Worley of Konawa, and Jerry Worley of Antlers, Oklahoma.   She was preceded in death by her parents, Arch and Lillie Stephens.
