Bobbie Rumbo

Lifelong Seminole resident Bobbie Evelyn Rumbo passed away on May 10, 2011 in Yukon, Oklahoma at the age of 77.               She was born on February 10, 1934 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Bob and Fern (Yeager) Pauley. Bobbie married Willie Lon Rumbo on November 24, 1949 in California; he preceded her in death on December 30, 2000.   Bobbie owned and operated a ceramic shop in Seminole for many years.  She was a member of the Ideal Street Baptist Church.   She leaves to cherish her memories a daughter, Eva Jo McCoy of Mustang, Oklahoma, three sons, Robert Lee Rumbo of Tecumseh, Oklahoma, Billy Jean Rumbo of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and Delbert Fern Rumbo of Seminole, Oklahoma. Grandchildren Adrienne Crider, Mardella Hester, Willie Jack Rumbo, Wendy Rumbo, Waylon Rumbo, Billy Lee Rumbo, Mary Evelyn Rumbo, Cristine Ann Rumbo, Sabrina Rumbo, Delbert Rumbo, Jr., Jerry Rumbo, Matthew Rumbo and Felicia Rumbo.  She is also survived by number great grandchildren and other family and dear friends.   She is preceded in death by her husband, Willie Lon Rumbo, parents, Bob and Fern Pauley, brother, Jimmy Pauley and a grandchild, Wesley Rumbo.   Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 P.M., Saturday, May 14, 2011 at the Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel with Russell Baker officiating.  Interment will follow at Little Cemetery, Little, Oklahoma.    Pallbearers will be: Robert Rumbo, Billy Jean Rumbo, Billy Lee Rumbo, Brian Crider, Guy McCoy, and Brad Hester.  Honorary Pallbearer will be: Delbert Fern Rumbo and Tyler Lane Beaird.
