Lifelong Seminole resident Bobbi Mae (Wilker) Hubbard passed away on September 7, 2009 at Boyce Manor Nursing in Holdenville at the age of 67. She was born on November 12, 1941 in Seminole, Oklahoma to Robert Alvin and Sally Mae (Lively) Wilker. She was a retired Kindergarten Teacher in Seminole she retired in 2002. She was a member of the National Educators Association and the Seminole County Retired Educators Association. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Seminole. She leaves to cherish her memories a daughter and son-in-law: Karen and Jackie Allen Jones of Seminole and one son, Gerald Hubbard of Chicago, Illinois, one brother, Charles Francis Wilker of Hennessey, Oklahoma, two grandchildren, Levi Croce and Jesse Jones. Friend and companion, Ralph Castor of Seminole, her beloved best friend Merri Shawver and the father of her children Bill Hubbard also survive her. Preceded in death by her parents and one sister. The family would like give special thanks to all the caregivers that have taken such wonderful care of Bobbi over the past few years. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Bobbi’s memory to the Alzheimer’s Association, 3555 N.W. 58th Street, Ste. 220, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73112. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Friday, September 11, 2009 at the First Baptist Church in Seminole with Dr. Tommy Clark officiating. Interment will follow at Little Cemetery. Pallbearers will be: Levi Croce, Jim White, Victor Martinez, Jackie Kelly Jones and Jim Lively. Honorary Pallbearers will be: Ralph Castor, Jackie Allen Jones and Bill Hubbard.
