Blanton Henry Hill, Jr., 81 year old Seminole, Oklahoma resident, passed away Saturday, April 21, 2018 in Edmond , Oklahoma. Blanton was born February 26, 1937 in Lima, Oklahoma to Blanton Henry Hill, Sr. and Iva Ramona (Rowland) Hill. He graduated from high school and attended Connors State College. Blanton served his country in the United States Army and completed a tour in Vietnam. He worked as a supervisor at Muskogee Iron Works for 20 years. He retired from Fort Howard where he worked as a forklift operator. Blanton enjoyed reading, playing dominoes and watching game shows on television. Blanton is survived by sons; Blanton Hill III and his wife Felicia of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Stanley Hill and his wife Stacy of Seminole, Oklahoma, Glenn Hill and his wife Rosa of Moore, Oklahoma and Victor Williams of Muskogee, Oklahoma, daughters; Melinda Hill, Ramona Hill and Camisha Ragsdale and her husband David, all of Muskogee, Oklahoma, thirty three grandchildren and forty two great-grandchildren. Funeral services for Blanton will be Saturday, April 28, 2018 at 10:00 A.M. at Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel in Seminole, Oklahoma. His grandsons will be casket bearers.
