Billie Marilyn Buxton

Billie Marilyn Buxton, 83, Seminole resident died Sunday, June 28, 2015 in Midwest City, Oklahoma. Billie was born November 17, 1931 in Texarkana, Texas to Gus and Viola (Hicks) Nelson. Billie moved to Seminole in 2001 from Livingston, Texas. Billie lived in the Freeport and Houston, Texas area for most of her life. She was a homemaker and loved to help her husband on their ranch, where she enjoyed naming the new calves. Billie is survived by her husband Ennis Buxton of Seminole, Oklahoma, her daughter Christine White and her husband Don Tansey of Houston, Texas. Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M., Thursday, July 2, 2015 at the Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Carl Whitfield officiating.
