Longtime Seminole resident Betty Lou Penuel passed away on Monday, December 22, 2008 in Shawnee, Oklahoma at the age of 77. rnrnShe was born on July 6, 1931 in Eades, Colorado to Everett E. and Helen (Hooker) Howell. rnrnShe was a member of South Rock Creek Church. rnrnShe married George Penuel on March 19, 1977 and he preceded her in death on September 11, 2006. rnrnShe is survived by her sons Don Gober and Roger Gober both of Seminole. rnrnShe is preceded in death by her parents, husband George Penuel, four brothers, Max Howell, Van Howell, Clay Howell, and F.A. Howell and one sister, Velma Stone. rnrnShe is also survived by two grandchildren: Brian Gober and Stacy Gober and 5 step-grandchildren. rnrn Funeral Information: December 21, 2008, 12:00 AM
