Betty Jo Gamble

Betty Jo Gamble, 87, longtime Seminole resident, passed away Tuesday, February 12, 2019 at Seminole Care and Rehabilitation Center. Betty was born December 19, 1931 in Harjo, Oklahoma to Joseph Lewis Moutaw and Florence Louella (Wise) Moutaw. Betty was a homemaker and loved OU football, Thunder basketball, listening to Merle Haggard and watching CMT. Betty is survived by her three sons; Ronnie Gamble and his wife Joyce of Seminole, Oklahoma, John Gamble and his wife Sharon of Seminole, and Jim Gamble and his wife Debbie of Harjo, Oklahoma and her daughter Sharon Stewart of Maud, Oklahoma, and five grandchildren; Jackie Gamble and his wife Billie Gamble, LaChrisa Gamble, Michael Gamble and Alesha Bruce, Brandon Gamble and AJ Wilson, eight great-grandchildren;Brooke Gamble, Jaycee Gamble, Rian Gamble, Faythe Gamble, Morgan Gamble, Raymond Wilson, Annsleigh Wilson and Jordan Hotulke. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Alvin Moutaw and Red Moutaw, James Moutaw and her sister Marie Morton. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M., Saturday, February 16, 2019 at the Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel in Seminole, Oklahoma, with Rev. Butch Bradley officiating. Burial will follow at Little Cemetery, north of Seminole, Oklahoma. Casket bearers will be; Jackie Gamble, Mike Gamble, Brandon Gamble, J.D. Johnson, AJ Wilson and Don Moutaw. Honorary bearers will be David Whitley, Johnny Jordan, Gordon Lowery, Rex Nadeau, Danny Johnson, Raymond Wilson and Jordan Hotulke.
