Betty Jo Deere Seminole resident Betty Jo Deere passed away on Tuesday, May 17, 2011 at the age of 67. Betty was born on August 11, 1943 in Holdenville, Oklahoma to Elmer Dean McCabe and Maudie Faye Hinds. Betty served in the Army  for several years and was also a Licensed Practical Nurse. She leaves to cherish her memories two daughters and a son-in-law, Felicia Rosario and Celicia and Rick Warren all of Sapulpa, Oklahoma, son, David Jason Deere of Tulsa, Oklahoma, sister and brother-in-law; Judy and Mike Eagon of Checotah, Oklahoma, sister-in-law, Betty McCabe of Moore, Oklahoma and brother-in-law: Ronnie Plank of Seminole, Oklahoma, two grandchildren, Joshua and Jason Warren of Sapulpa, Oklahoma. She is also survived by a host of other family and dear friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, Elmer and Maudie McCabe, two brothers, Benny Jo Smith and Jimmy McCabe, and two sisters, Darlene Waldon and Kathy Plank. Visitation is scheduled from 8:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. Thursday, May 19, 2011 at the Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel, 1001 North Milt Phillips Avenue, Seminole, Oklahoma 74868. A Catholic Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, May 21, 2011 at 10:00 A.M. at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 811 W. Wrangler Blvd. with Father Basil Kennan, O.S.B. officiating. Burial will follow at Holdenville Cemetery, Holdenville, Oklahoma. In lieu of flowers the family suggests that memorial contributions may be made in her honor to the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, P.O.
