Benjamin Dunn

Benjamin Timmy Dunn, 67, Seminole, Oklahoma resident, passed away, Wednesday, March 27, 2019 in Wewoka, Oklahoma. Benjamin was born on July 8, 1951 to Noah Dunn, Sr. and Louisa (Harjo) Dunn. Benjamin was a truck driver and machinist. He graduated from Haskell Indian University and enjoyed visiting and being with his family. Benjamin is survived by his brother  Norman Simmons of Cromwell, Oklahoma and his sister; Eloise Keen of Del City, Oklahoma.  Benjamin was preceded in death by his brother Reuben Dunn on December 27, 2019, his sister; Lena Dobbins, brother; Noah Dunn and nephew; Stephen Dobbins. Wake services will be held from 6:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M., Sunday, March 31, 2019, at Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M., Monday, April 1, 2019 at the Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel in Seminole, Oklahoma  with burial at Snake Creek Cemetery. Casket bearers will be Matthew Keen, Jordan Keen, Larry Dobbins, Chase Dobbins, Reuben Dunn, and William Cantrell. Honorary bearers will be Warren Dockins, Greg Nagorski, Cecil Larney and Bill Larney. Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, Oklahoma is in charge of funeral arrangements.
