Barbara Jean Kean

Barbara Jean Kean passed away on February 9, 2021 at the age of 68 at OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She was born February 21, 1952 in Seminole County to Albert Forest Kean and Cora (Edney) Kean.

Barbara’s hobbies included making key chains, watching movies and embroidery. Her favorite pastime was playing Wahoo.

Survivors include her son Ricky, sisters; Dora Jacks, Sue Lemaster and Glenda Roland, brothers; Eldon Kean, Carrol Don Kean, Jerry Kean and Lonnie Kean and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brothers; Melvin Kean, Kenneth Kean and Jimmy Kean.

She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

A Memorial service will be held at 12:00 Noon on Saturday, February 27, 2021 at Temple of Praise Church, 1100 N. University Street in Seminole.

Cremation services are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, Oklahoma.
