Babe Grisso

Novella Fern ?Babe? (Redwine) Grisso, 90 year-old former Seminole and Shawnee resident passed from this life Monday, February 11, 2008 at Bartlesville Care Center where she had lived for the past three and a half years. She was born June 16, 1917 in Denison, Texas to parents Albert Andrew Redwine and Sally Amanda (Mosley) Redwine.rnrn?Babe? married L.T. ?Pete? Grisso on December 23, 1934 in Varnum, Oklahoma.rnrnMrs. Grisso retired from Pioneer Nursing Home after working there for 22 years.rnrnShe leaves to cherish her memory one son, Gary Grisso of Seminole, Oklahoma. Two daughters and sons-in-law, Marge and her husband Sam Laffoon of Shawnee, Oklahoma and Linda and her husband Jerry Jarrell of Bartlesville, Oklahoma. Other survivors include one sister, Nona Clements of Barnsdall, Oklahoma, nine grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. She is also survived by a host of other family and dear friends.rnrnGrisso was preceded in death by her parents, her husband ?Pete? Grisso (March 1, 1991), two daughters Carolyn and Dorothy, one granddaughter Stacy Myers and one grandson Scott Grisso.rnrnGraveside services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Thursday, February 14, 2008 at Little Cemetery with Rev.
