Audrey Taylor

Audrey Mary (Nunn) Taylor, age 79 and long-time resident of Konawa, passed away at her home in Konawa, Oklahoma, on Monday, September 21, 2009. Graveside services are scheduled for 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 26th, at Cummings Cemetery in Maud.  Services are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Konawa, and visitation is Thursday and Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Swearingen Funeral Home - 217 N. Broadway - Konawa.  Rev. Tim Martin will officiate. Audrey was born on October 7, 1929, in Berry St. Edmound, England, to Alfred and Elizabeth (Wilding) Nunn.  Audrey was the youngest in the family, and she came to the United States after WWII.  She lived in th Konawa area for the rest of her life.  Audrey was a very active member in the Full Gospel Church, and she loved everyone. She is survived by one daughter, Venita Taylor of Ada, Oklahoma. She was preceded in death by her parents, Alfred and Elizabeth Nunn; one daughter, Yvonne Taylor; two brothers and five sisters.
