Anna Louise Whinery

Anna Louise (Harper) Whinery, longtime Seminole resident, entered eternal rest on Tuesday, March 20, 2012 in Seminole, Oklahoma, she was 101 years old. Anna was born on March 9, 1911 in Yukon, Oklahoma to Cora Louella (Miller) and Oliver Perry Harper. Anna was the fourth of six children. She married Earl Whinery and after his death she moved back to Seminole to be near her sister, Lola McCain. Anna is survived by her special friends, Garry and Sandy Kiker. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband and all her siblings. Graveside services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. on Friday, March 23, 2012 at Little Cemetery with Pastor Tim Gillespie officiating.
