Alice McGuire

Alice Virrilia (Edwards) McGuire was born July 20, 1908 in Konawa, Oklahoma to Isaac Nathan and Claudia Vesta (Birdieshaw) Edwards. She passed away, Saturday, July 15, 2006 in Ardmore, Oklahoma at the age of 97. rnrnShe was preceded in death by her parents, husband, John Delbert McGuire, son, Bill Lee McGuire, four brothers and six sisters.rnrnShe was a member of the First Baptist Church in Maud and a member of the Eastern Star Lodge. rnrnAlice is survived by three sons and daughters-in-law; Delbert J. and Juanita McGuire of Ardmore, Oklahoma, Bob and Billie McGuire of Ada, Oklahoma, Jim and Phylis McGuire of Mesquite, Texas, and daughter and son-in-law; Joyce and Clifford Bradley of Rockwall, Texas, and one brother and sister-in-law; Nathan and Mildred Edward of Washington, Oklahoma. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren and a host of other friends and relatives. rnrnFuneral Services are scheduled for 2:00pm, Wednesday, July 19, 2006 at the First Baptist Church in Maud with Rev. Carl Whitfield officiating.
