Alice (Palmer) Jordan, 81 year old long time Maud resident passed from this life Thursday, July 19, 2007 in Seminole, Oklahoma. She was born July 31, 1925 in Muskogee, Oklahoma to parents George Palmer and Binnie (Duncan) Palmer.rnrnAlice married Dave J. Jordan on November 3, 1942 in Konawa, Oklahoma. They were members of the Trinity Baptist Church in Maud. Alice was also a long time member of the Rebekah Lodge in Maud where she had held several offices including Past Noble Grand.rnrnAlice loved her family very much and valued her friends. Her husband Dave had served several years as the Mayor of Maud where Alice was always ready to help in any way.rnrnAlice leaves to cherish her memories, one son and daughter-in-law, John and Arlene Parrish of Maud, Oklahoma.rnrnTwo brothers and sisters-in-law, Dale and Erma Palmer of Pioneer, Ca., and Tommy and Diane Palmer of Santa Rosa, Ca.rnrnOne sister, Mary Crumley of Santa Rosa, Ca.rnrnFive grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren.rnrnShe is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Dave Jordan who died on Nov. 6, 2004. One son, Jimmy Jordan and one daughter, Julie Jordan and one grandson, ?Little Jimmy? Jimmy Jordan. Also preceding her in death is seven brothers and one sister.rnrnGraveside services are scheduled for 10:30 a.m., Monday, July 23, 2007 at Cummings Cemetery in Maud, Oklahoma. Rev.
