Charlotte Louise (Harvey) Phares

Charlotte Louise Phares, passed away at the age of 67 on August 26, 2021, in Seminole, Oklahoma. She was born on July 5, 1954, in Texas to parents Richard Franklyn Harvey and Virginia Maxine (McClintock) Harvey. She grew up in Oklahoma City and the Harrah/Newalla areas in Oklahoma.

Charlotte was a homemaker. She was loving, kind and always made sure others were taken care of first. Even when she didn’t have anything for herself, she would give to others. She had an infectious laugh and loved all people with open arms. She enjoyed reading her Bible, going to church, listening to music and hanging out with her dog and her friends. She was a beloved aunt to her nieces and nephews.

Left to cherish Charlotte’s memory are her daughter Cassy Phares of Moore, Oklahoma, her brother Charles Harvey and his wife Cindy and many nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death were her parents; Richard and Maxine Harvey, her brother; Billy and her sister Roseann.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, Oklahoma.
